I was responsible for the supervision of all on-site construction at Coastal Colors, a mid-rise condominium, Responsibilities included overseeing all completion of projected from framing stage through finish, including, punchlists, the scheduling of sub-contractors on the job, ordering supplies, resolving day-to-day issues and inspecting all work during construction to ensure
compliance with plan specifications.  I was also responsible working closely with local inspectors
to obtain all inspections and final CO’s for 54 condo units including 6 penthouse units.  Obtained 27 unit CO’s within a 30-day period.  Average condo size: 2,000 square feet, Penthouse average
size: 4,500 square feet.

I was responsible for the supervision of all on-site construction and land development, including
the scheduling of sub-contractors on the job, resolving day-to-day problems and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.  Completed 28 single family framing inspections in 35 days.  Average home size: 3,000 - 5,500 square feet.

I was responsible for the supervision of all on-site residential CBS and fast trac construction from rough to finish, including single family homes and townhouses. Essential functions included
scheduling subcontractors,and supply deliveries, pursuing CO’s, cost engineering, walk thru’s
with homeowners, review of repairs and related follow-up, meeting with inspectors and
coordinating with customer warranty service. I received several awards for highest customer satisfaction, quality ratings and cycle times.

Responsible to service thirteen projects in Weston under their homeowner warranty.  I oversaw the work of several service technicians and a CSR. Job entailed completion of all 30-day lists within a 120 day maximum.  Some items included caulking, repaints, re-tile, plumbing leaks and complete balcony rip-outs and replacement of bearing walls and floors.  All work was ketp within budget guidelines.

Responsible for the completion of the line items on the homeowner’s work orders.   Ordering materials and maintaining the budget.  Projects included Palm Beach Polo, Wycliff, Broken Sound and the Banyans I & II. These high end Palm Beach County projects ranged in price for $300,000 to over $2,000,000.   After the transfer all Boca Raton service facilities to Weston, I was chosen to remain in Boca for 11 months to honor and close out the remainder of the homeowner warranties.
